Trademark registration application is filed to trademark registrator in many cases the trade mark examiner might raise an objection to a trademark due to many reason. When examiner  check the application he may decide whether to impose any conditions or mistakes on trademark application. If, Examiner needs any reqirement or clearification he compiles objection in his examination report, which is uploaded on website and also maild to registered e-mail address. the trademark application which is objected has to file a reply to the objection raised in examination report.

Normally reply should be filed/ responded with a period of 30 days from the date of objection raised date. However, a deadline for responding is mensioned at the end of report.
